Orders

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply select your desired items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to complete your order securely.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they are processed and dispatched. Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled. You may still return items after delivery in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide, including the UK, Europe, and selected international destinations.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery times vary by location:

  • UK: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15–25 business days

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions.

Q: Will I have to pay customs fees?
A: For orders outside the UK, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping costs.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, back to your original payment method.

Q: Are there items I cannot return?
A: Yes, for hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) Q: Is it safe to pay on your website?
A: Yes. All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption and trusted third-party providers. We never store your full card details.

Q: Are the product images accurate?
A: We make every effort to display items accurately, but slight variations in colour or fit may occur due to lighting, monitors, or manufacturing.
