Refund & Returns Policy

3.2 Pack the item securely and send it back to the return address provided by our support team.
3.3 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
4.2 We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
4.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
5. Exchanges

6.3 Once confirmed, we will provide instructions for a free return and issue a full refund or replacement.
7. International Orders
7.1 For orders delivered outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are non-refundable.
7.2 Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
