3.3 A contract is only formed once we have sent you a confirmation of dispatch.
3.4 Orders may be cancelled by you only before your order has been processed and dispatched. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

4.2 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any items from sale at any time.

6. Delivery and Risk of Loss
6.1 We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver within 30 days of purchase confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods passes only once full payment has been received.
6.3 Delivery times may vary depending on location. Delays caused by customs, couriers, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.
7. International Deliveries

8. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

8.4 You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or not as described.
8.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

9.1 Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
9.2 Certain products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, or final sale items) may be excluded from returns for hygiene or clearance reasons. These exclusions will be clearly stated.
9.3 Exchanges may be offered subject to stock availability.
10. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
